-A $25 late booking fee may be added to reservations made with less than 48 hours notice and less than 1 weeks notice during holidays. To ensure availability it is advised to make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance and 3 months for services required during holiday's. 

-Pet Sitting services include 1 (15 minute) free consultation for new clients. Any additional consultations (including key pick up or drop off) will result in a “visit” fee. This will certainly be waived if the additional consultation is at the request of the service provider. 

-There will now be a minimal fee for pet pick up and drop offs for most doggy daycare and boarding pets. This is to cover our time and gas.

-If your pet requires emergent medical attention while in our care we may charge $50-$75 per hour. Transportation time will be included in that fee.
